  Unprofessional. I requested Brian transfer my policies to another State Farm agent for my own reasons. He repeatedly refused to do so and kept calling me even after I told him not to. This is borderline harassment. This is not what I wanted or expected from State Farm, as this is who he represents. He needs to understand he works for the customer, not the other way around. I will be calling to make a formal complaint to get this ridiculous situation resolved.

  Love love my State Farm Agent Brian!!! He is professional, kind, considerate and always there to go the extra mile for me. Even when I call him in a panic, I know he will take care of my situation in the best possible way. His office staff are awesome too. Thanks Brian, for everything!!!

  Brian has been my agent for all my insurance needs for more than 10 years. As a former agent for a competing company, I understand the need for open lines of communication between the customer and agent to ensure the client receives the best coverage at the best price. Brian has always followed this focus as he has worked with me and I have found him to be one of the best agents, representing any insurance company in the area.
