- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE Title company. In order to get docs to them, I had to pay over $130 in notary and overnight shipping fees so that my closing could record/fund the afternoon of arrival. I ensured the docs were there BEFORE 10am the next morning, only to NOT have the docs recorded that day as promised, but the following day. Then, despite promises that my funds would be available at the time of deposit, they were not and 3 days later I'm STILL waiting. Heritage Title SUCKS.November 15, 2017by Jeri DeLupa
